Mongoose System™ Frac Tool

 

    The coiled tubing conveyed frac system helps to optimize production quickly, because kill weight fluid is no longer needed to contact production intervals. Wells can be completed and stimulated “live,” with no need for costly and time-consuming well kill.

    The patent pending Mongoose System™ allows fracture treatment of multiple zones in a single wellbore isolating each interval during the fracturing process without tripping out of the hole.
    Mongoose System™ disconnect for an emergency release.  An innovative flow port design minimizes erosion and maximizes flow area.
A proprietary equalizing design incorporated into the Mongoose System™ facilitates ease of bridge plug release. Can be run with short lubricators. The Mongoose System™ incorporates a unique (J) system with a patent pending sliding cup tool.

 

 

Mongoose Jet Frac System™

 

    This coil tubing conveyed system allows for multi-zone perforating, isolation and frac stimulation on a single trip in the wellbore. Faster effective stimulation, faster production. The Mongoose Jet Frac System was deployed and located on depth using the coil tubing collar locator.

    The patent pending Mongoose System™ allows perforating down the tubing with sand laden fluids then pumping fracture treatment down the backside. This allows operators completion of multiple zones in a single wellbore without tripping out of the hole.
Mongoose System™ disconnect for an emergency release.  The Mongoose System™ is pressure rated to 8,500.00 psi.  A proprietary equalizing design incorporated into the Mongoose System™ facilitates ease of bridge plug release. Can be run with short lubricators.  Proven Success: 1000+ Wells, 3800 Stages, 3-15 Zones Per Well, 100 million lbs. of sand.

 

 

 Nitro "MZ" Diverter Tool System™

 

    The NITRO “MZ” Diverter Tool System helps to optimize production quickly. Wells can be stimulated “live,” with no need for costly and time-consuming flow back periods.

  • The patent pending NITRO “MZ” Diverter Tool System™ allows Nitrogen and Fracture Perforating Ball Sealer stimulation treatment of multiple zones in a single wellbore, isolating each interval during the stimulation process without tripping out of the hole.

     Ball Sealers are deployed conventionally from the surface diverting the treatment energy with pinpoint accuracy. A proprietary patent pending perforation ball sealer retrieving design is incorporated into the NITRO “MZ” Diverter Tool System™ facilitates ease of retrieving perforation ball sealers. Upon elevation of the NITRO “MZ” Diverter Tool System™ the perforation ball sealers are recovered. An innovative flow port design maximizes flow area. An integrated gauge carrier centralizes NITRO “MZ” Diverter Tool System™ while capturing valuable downhole data. NCS Disconnect System™ disconnect for an emergency release.
